Our Staff has held positions of leadership in the following organizations:

CORFAC International (Corporate Facility
Advisors) an alliance between CORFAC and King Sturges Co., one of Europe's
leading brokerage companies in which members are selected by virtue of their
reputation and ability to serve the largest markets in the U.S., Europe, China
and the Far East. Charles Woods is on the Board of Directors of this
organization.

SIOR
(Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) which identifies its brokers as
holding the highest qualifications in regards to character, education and a
proven track record. Charles Woods is an SIOR since 1980.

IBBA is the largest international non-profit association
operating exclusively for the benefit of people and firms engaged in the various aspects
of business brokerage, and mergers and acquisitions.
Today, the IBBA totals more than 900 cooperative business brokers and
intermediaries across Canada, Mexico, Europe and the U.S. Robert Pelletier
is on the Board of Directors.

CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member) A CCIM is a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage,
leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. As an experienced
expert, a CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner,
investor, and user. With a business network encompassing 1,000 markets
throughout the world, CCIMs effectively direct local, national, and
international commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, through CIREI's
association with other U.S. and international professional real estate
organizations, client properties can be marketed to investors in 52 countries
around the world. Duncan Patterson is a past national president of this
organization.

ICSC
Founded in 1957, the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center
industry. Its 39,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 75 other countries include
shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders,
retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global
industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 20 national and regional shopping
center councils throughout the world. Joe Latina and Anthony Bariglio are
our retail specialists who utilize this organization to it's fullest.
